Phil & Freda and Gareth & Anne did a different version of the Jalon to Sierra de la Devesa walk.  We cut out a section of the walk (about 2.7km) by taking a car to close to the forest where the walk starts properly.  We also did part of the walk in reverse.   It was quite hot and sticky, but there was some shade and a nice breeze in parts.  The walk was 7.3kms and took 2hrs 45 mins.

We met at Casa Claudia for coffee and had lunch at La Piscina Pizzeria in Orba (after a failed attempt to try Nou Portet in Murla!).
