Desperate to stay off the beach as long as possible, Gareth & Anne did a fairly flat walk that they hadn’t done since 2021, going from Beniarbeig along the pipeline towards the Parc Public Segaria – the opposite direction to our usual walk on the pipeline.  When we last did this walk we landed up walking across a muddy field on the way back, but we noticed that this field has now been planted, so we took a longer route back to ensure we wouldn’t have to turn back!

It was pretty hot but there were some clouds and a light breeze.   The walk took 1 hour 50 minutes and was just over 7km.

We met Phil & Freda at the Pensionistas Bar for a beer, then went to Basilico Italian for lunch, a place we’ve been meaning to try for a while, but which was a bit disappointing in the end.
