Phil introduced us to a new walk from Lliber towards Senija.\u00a0 The walk started along the same route as the Lliber to Hidden Valley walk, but instead of going down into the Hidden Valley, we took a right turn just before that and climbed up and round to a fabulous viewpoint with views over to Calpe, Benissa and the whole Jalon Valley.\u00a0 The path down was very stony with loose rocks, so a little difficult but we soon joined the path we usually take back from Senija, towards Lliber.\u00a0 The walk took just under 3 hours.\u00a0 After the walk, we agreed that it might be worth doing this walk in reverse next time.<\/p>\n
We met at Bar Varetes in Lliber for coffee and had a nice cold beer there after the walk – the best clara in ages using Alhambra Radler on tap.\u00a0\u00a0 Another new restaurant for lunch today – El Trastero in Llosa de Camacho.\u00a0 Delicious food and definitely another to be repeated!<\/p>\n
