We did the walk from Javea port to Cap de Sant Antoni lighthouse today.\u00a0 There was a bit of drama today with\u00a0 a helicopter rescue for an elderly French man who had had a nasty fall.\u00a0 We couldn’t tell how badly injured he was apart from a badly scraped arm, but he obviously wasn’t able to walk, so his wife dialed 112 and around a quarter of an hour later we heard the helicopter and watched the man being lifted into the helicopter from the other side of the mountain.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Walking back along the road after our banana stop, we saw a cute little pig in an enclosure with 2 barking dogs!<\/p>\n
The walk was around 6.7kms and took just under 3 hours (longer than usual because of watching the rescue).\u00a0<\/p>\n
We had coffee before the walk at Bar L\u2019Almadrava and returned there for a clara after the walk.\u00a0 We tried to book Attico for lunch but they were fully booked so we went to Pad Thai.\u00a0<\/p>\n
